1 1/2 cups flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. salad oil
1 cup warm water
Preheat oven: to 325 degrees
1. Sift dry ingredients into ungreased 8" square pan.
2. Make 3 holes equally spaced in the mixture.
3. Pour vanilla, vinegar and salad oil into holes; one in each.
4. Pour warm water over the entire top and stir well.
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and frost or serve warm with ice cream.
